what are the supply chain drivers?

The supply chain drivers are grouped under two main drivers:
1. logistics drivers
2. cross functional drivers

The following are the important drivers of the supply chain?
LOGISTICS DRIVERS:
1. facilities --   warehouse or storage locations or factory location.
2. Inventory --  stock of rawmaterials or finished goods
3. transportation--- moving of goods from one place to another.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL DRIVERS:
4. pricing -  cost of goods
5. information --- information is nothing but the customer needs and wants
6. sourcing -- procuring raw materials for production activities.

hi in the logistics drivers the facilities, inventory, and transportation these all are related to logistics activities and which are driving the entire supply chain, so these are grouped under teh logistics drivers.

when come to cross functional drivers here each and every fuction are related with other fuctions. for example pricing will be generated by the pricing team, and information will be provided by the marketing team and sourcing the materials. here all are different function and they are denoted as croos functional drivers.
if information is not available such as market need and demand we cannot procure the material and we cannot fix the exact price. so these threee functions are called as cross functional drivers. if i am wrong please let me know .
thanks.
